Customers must provide accurate delivery details including name, phone number, city, district, and complete address.
If our team cannot confirm the order or the delivery information is incomplete, the Nothing Pakistan may delay, suspend, or cancel fulfillment.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the order cannot be handed over safely, the shipment may be returned or rescheduled.
